About Us:
Electrical engineering is one of the older branches of engineering, and dates back to the late 19th century. It is the branch of engineering that deals with the technology of electricity. Electrical engineers work on a wide range of components, devices and systems, from tiny microchips to huge power station generators.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering was launched in this institute in 1989.
The Department intake is increased to 120 students in first shift and 60 students in second shift in 2008.
Department has different labs namely Electrical Power Lab, Machine Lab, Instrumentation and DC Circuit Lab and Power Electronics and Microprocessor Lab and Computer Lab.
